DAY CLASS full time (proposed two/three week break for work experience and to complete assignments)
The College follows school terms, breaking for school holidays.
Full time 16 weeks consisting of Phase One 6 weeks and Phase two 10 weeks with no prior experience
Cost: $5,700.00 (Full fee) Monday – Thursday
Full time 10 weeks consisting of Phase Two for those who have already completed Cert II in Floristry
Cost: Full fee $4,250 Monday – Thursday
Cost: Remote Phase one and two $6,550
Cost: Remote Phase two only $4,550 ( for those who have completed Cert II in Floristry)

Apprenticeships and Traineeships supported
- Consists of all the basic aspects of floristry which involves hands on
- Treating and conditioning flowers
- Hand tied posies and bouquets with wrapping styles
- Vase, table and boxed arrangements
- Wiring -buttonholes, corsages and flower crowns
- Plus, units and theory
Once you have mastered all the basics we will move forward to more detailed flower arrangements.
This qualification will allow you to enter the industry with a recognised qualification as a florist. This course provides a foundation for those wishing to enter the floristry industry and those with more than just a passing interest in flowers. You will learn advanced construction skills and techniques and the best practises for design and construction of arrangements, weddings, funerals and events. We will look at how the basic skills obtained in Certificate II can be adapted and expanded upon for larger scale commissions. This certificate follows on immediately from Certificate II in Floristry. You will need to complete Certificate II in Floristry or demonstrate equivalent skills. This course is open to the general public, but particularly to experienced employees in the floristry business.
